Possible interview questions may be asked for Dabur Pharma Research Job

1. Can you describe your experience with UHPLC-MS/MS, including method development, compound tuning, and troubleshooting for Scientist?

Answer: “I have hands-on experience with UHPLC-MS/MS, including method development, compound tuning, and troubleshooting. In my previous role, I successfully developed analytical methods for various compounds using UHPLC-MS/MS. This involved optimizing parameters for compound separation and detection. I also efficiently handled troubleshooting by identifying and resolving issues related to instrumentation or methodology.”

2. How do you select the appropriate columns, buffers, and reagents for chromatographic separation in bioanalysis?

Answer: “Selecting the right columns, buffers, and reagents for chromatographic separation is critical in bioanalysis. I base my selection on the physicochemical properties of the compounds being analyzed. This ensures optimal separation and detection. I also consider factors such as column chemistry, pH, and the compatibility of buffers with mass spectrometry detection.”

3. Could you provide an example of a bioanalysis project you’ve worked on, including the techniques and instruments used?

Answer: “Certainly. In a recent bioanalysis project, I was tasked with quantifying a drug candidate in plasma samples. I used UHPLC-MS/MS for the analysis. I developed a robust method, prepared sample solutions using liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), and validated the method according to regulatory guidelines. This project resulted in accurate pharmacokinetic data used for further drug development.”

4. How do you ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) standards in your work as Scientist ?

Answer: “Compliance with GLP standards is fundamental in our field. I strictly adhere to GLP guidelines by maintaining comprehensive records, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring proper documentation of all experimental procedures and results. I also undergo regular training to stay updated with the latest GLP requirements.”

5. Can you share your approach to maintaining safety, health, and environmental protocols in a laboratory setting as Scientist ?

Answer: “Safety, health, and environmental protocols are paramount in a laboratory. I prioritize these aspects by consistently wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, properly disposing of hazardous waste, and adhering to safety guidelines while handling chemicals and instruments. I actively participate in safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the team.
