Eligbility Criteria:
MSc Organic/ Analytical Chemistry
Business experience:
- 5-8 Years experience in the Area Quality Control
- Hands on Experience including troubleshooting of GC, HPLC , Analytical instruments & PSD instrument,UV, IR and SOR instruments
- Proficiency in using quality control software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

What will you be doing?
Sampling and Testing
- The individual will be responsible for Sampling and Testing of In Process Control, INT, Requirement Management, of finished products and on time delivery in full
- Ensure compliance with testing procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements throughout the sampling and testing process.
- Accurately record and document test results, including observations, measurements, calculations, and interpretations, maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
- Would be responsible for handling and actively participates to compliance to the service Level agreement for RM / PM ,IPC, INT
- Performing review of raw data and protocol of every analysis for correctness and Certificate of Analysis preparation
- Perform quality inspections, tests, and measurements on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and implement measures to prevent their recurrence
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Will be required to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Identify and analyze quality trends, process deviations, and non-conformities, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Document and communicate inspection results and provide recommendations for improvement or corrective actions
Operation and Calibraiton of instruments
- To ensure that instruments are in calibration state before start of anlaysis also conduct rawdata review & release of Analytical documents
- Develop and update calibration procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure consistency
- Assist in the validation and qualification of equipment, processes, and test methods
Others
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends related to GMP and incorporate updates into the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Will be responsible to monitor and manage performance
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret specifications, and standards.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
