Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or a closely related field
  3-5 years on-site experience of Refinery / Petrochemical plant preferred or equivalent in an engineering capacity
• Experience with cloud-hosted technologies either in development, deployment or support capacity
• Experience with the use of simulation tools (UniSim Design, HYSYS, Pro/II, Aspen+, etc.)
• Experience with the use of Operator Round tools (an asset)
• Fluent in English; additional languages an asset

Experience:

• Exp in Cloud technologies- cloud service
• Exp in Network Protocol & troubleshooting & Process modeling

Responsibilties: 

• Provide product and application support for internal and external customers meeting or exceeding the compliance metrics and associated KPIs of case response, resolution, communication, and satisfaction
• Provide management of customer problems by excellent communication, responsive follow up and advocacy of customer issues within Honeywell. Honeywell use SalesForce to manage customer issues through their lifecycle including timely communication and status updates aligned to Honeywell Technical Support KPI standards
• Collaborate closely with the other members of the team and with development engineers both locally and globally to solve customer problems and to exchange knowledge and best practices
• Honeywell uses a knowledge-centric support model; all team members contribute text and video-based entries to the online Knowledge Base and customer newsletter
• Contribute towards continuous improvement with the development of data collection and analysis tools
• Participate in review and testing of new releases to ensure customer issues are resolved
• Deliver customer training and provide technical support to the sales organization
• Assist the Global Team Leader to develop and implement strong teamwork processes and standards
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Key Success Factors:

Positions Scope:

This is a global position. The scope will cover the global customer base but with a focus on customers in APAC.

Travel: 10%, within APAC region
