Job Description:
- Ensuring cGMP compliance and implementation & IPQA activities and sampling of RM, PM & FG.
- Responsible for issuance and retrieval of BMR, logbooks, analytical datasheets, and forms & review of BMR to meet GDP & GMP requirements.
- Data punching in SAP for usage decision of finished product, raw material, and packaging material.
- Responsible for creating or updating Quality inspection plan for FG, RM & PM as well as Q-Info for vendors in SAP.
- Indenting and receiving of the instruments and reagents for the IPQA laboratory for the herbal plant.
- Verification of the indented materials for receiving.
- Activities are related to Equipment Qualification, facility and utility qualification (HVAC, Water, and compressed air, etc.).
- Preparation and review of manufacturing and packaging TDs, specifications & STPs related to herbal products.
- Coordination with other departments for the smooth running of the plant.
- Handling of QMS documents (change control, deviation/incident, OOS, OOT & Market complaints)
- Preparation and review of Annual Product Quality Review and CAPA, Training of SOPs, cGMP, protocols etc.
