As a Pharmacy Quality Process Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving process efficiency projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compliance support to International Operations (IO) and North America Operations (NAO)
  • Supporting deviation, validation, and change request handling set-up
  • Analyzing data of deviations and change requests to identify trends and drive process efficiency projects
  • Measuring performance and driving improvements in the deployment of quality management system elements

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • University/equivalent degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a similar field
  • 9-12 years of overall experience, with 7+ years of relevant experience for MPharm/MSc or 9+ years of relevant experience for BPharm/BSc
  • Trained and worked according to international validation principles
  • Experience with change request handling
  • Experience within cLEAN/LEAN projects
  • cLEAN certified
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) on an operational level

About the Department

The Quality Process Specialist is part of the Operations Quality Consulting and Projects (OQCP) team. OQCP consists of experts from Denmark who support over 80 affiliates across Novo Nordisk with deviations, change controls, and qualification processes. The OQCP team focuses on business-critical issues that may impact Novo Nordisk’s license to operate and inspection readiness. As a member of the OQCP team, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System in affiliates functions.
