Job Title: Consultant
Primary Location: Bangalore, India

Years of Experience 4-8 years
Eligibility Criteria Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Pharma background preferred)
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide consulting services to onshore team/clients in the patient analytics space for US BU
- Develop a client-facing onshore team in the US
- Ensure to keep proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard good understanding of LRx dataset, consumer offerings, other proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to effectively guide and support templates, SOPs, and QC checklists
- Coordinate with the team in synthesizing data into actionable data insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in PPT/Excel reports designed to be delivered to IQVIA clients
- Coordinate with multiple onshore POCs to drive complex (multifaceted/multifunctional) projects that support the development of existing and new offerings in the US team
Contribute towards the process improvement of current deliverables - Interact and develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, delivered on time, and as per the client’s specifications
Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders
Optimal self/team utilization
Job Skill Requirements
- Good analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint with very strong VBA knowledge (MUST)
- Expertise in Data visualization tools like Power BI (MUST)/ Tableau / Spotfire etc
Develop, enhance, and maintain MS Office applications, and handle both frontend and backend development procedures - Create SQL Server views, stored procedures, and queries, and actively mitigate potential security gaps
- Should have worked in an agile environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently in managing the assigned projects
- Coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times
- Self-motivated towards achieving individual goals as part of organizational goal
- Prior experience working in analytics and on performance-based reports
- Pharma knowledge is preferred
