Job Description:
• Impart training programs to staff and workmen to transfer the knowledge and skills learned during the expert training program/refresher courses on tools and techniques, which in turn accelerate the speed and improve the Quality of the projects
• Lead and conduct Baseline as appropriate to facilitate in bringing the waste and variation to the surface and thereby developing Burning Ambition for the site.
• Facilitate the redesigning processes to bring step changes in process capability, lead time reduction, cost of defects and productivity.
• Work with site OE Head to progress and monitor delivery of operational excellence.
• Network with other experts to exchange learning and good practices both internally and externally “Share with Passion and Implement with urgency”.
• Support the Site OE Head in devising OE strategy for improvement opportunities, and facilitate the Identification of improvement projects working with other experts and other site members. Make Recommendations on overall program of
• Provide mentoring support on OE deployment in alignment with Deployment plan to Advocates, OE-coordinators/Advocates / GBs and site leadership team members.
• Facilitate and ensure deployment of Visual Management (Tier-0,1,2 &3) throughout the factory to accelerate the performance in all the activities.
• Facilitate designing of processes using “Process Design Process” to improve the consistency.
• Monitor, track and get the financial benefits of projects on a monthly basis and report Pfizer Balance Scorecard to the concerned.
• Facilitate the process to review financial and non-financial benefits and for the PGS awards
