Job Description:
- To ensure the cleanliness and environmental norms of different area like dispensing, compounding, filling, capping, including airlocks and when any deviation is found, get it corrected immediately and then begin the further procedure.
- To ensure cleaning and disinfection of floor, ceiling, wall and types of equipment.
- To ensure that the maintenance of dispensing compounding, filling, capping, such as airlocks is as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) norms.
- To ensure that the cleaning is completed as per SOP and start the additional activity, in case of material spillages.
- To make sure that only 1 material is dispensed at a time, to prevent any mix-ups.
- To inspect the substance identity and quantity against Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), before starting of mixing activity.
- To ensure the availability of cleanroom garments.
- To oversee the behavior of workers / Technicians / Assistants in clean room.
- To check the online rejection and take prompt corrective action to minimize it.
- To ensure to not initiate the sterilizer process if found any abnormality in sterilizer.
- To ensure not to start next cycle without rectification of difficulty, in case of any abnormality observed like in printer, in recorder, in temperature, pressure, and utility supply throughout the sterilization of any item.
- To look at the equipment after preventive maintenance and if detected any dissatisfaction, ensure not to begin further procedure.
To carry out planning of substance issue and dispensing according to priority of batch production. - To prepare files regarding substance issue and dispensing.
- To issue the material from shop According to Batch Manufacturing Record.
- To confirm the availability of washed and depyrogenated scoops for material dispensing.
- To ensure the hand dryer is in working condition.
- To dispense the materials as per BMR, verify it and supply to compounding room, from time to time.
- To follow SOP and also guide the employees for the same.
- To give training to personnel.
- To ensure the batch manufacturing process is done as per Batch Manufacturing record.
- To control the time of Cleaning In Process (CIP) / Sterile In Process (SIP) and batch manufacturing process, to begin the production timely.
- To keep the records online.
- To make certain that the material has a status label and lying at its proper place.
- To eliminate the scrap from time to time with established procedure.
- To Perform purification and preparation of disinfectant and IPA.
- To make certain that the chosen recipe is appropriate for a specific product.
