Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: IN – Haryana
Elibgility Criteria:
- B.Sc or B.Pharma + M.Sc or M.Pharma preferred with minimum 5 years of relevant Quality assurance experience in pharma industry.
- Shall have Good Communication skills
Skills :
- QA and IPQA in the pharma industry (Formulation company preferred)
- Understands the impact of his/her own actions on his/her business area.
- Demonstrates timely and accurate decision making, ensuring delegation or escalation where appropriate
- Works as an active member of his/her team.
- Understands what internal and/or external customers need from him/her to deliver in his/her respective role.
- Ensures quality standards are maintained while delivering results
- Contributes to a positive work environment
- Acts as a reliable and dependable member of the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Issuance of Work Order Packages / Batch Manufacturing Record to Production and vice versa.
- Review of completed Work Order Packages / Batch Manufacturing Record and analytical record after completion of the batch.
- COA generation/review and distribute to stakeholder
- Managing In-process Quality team at shop floor.
- Managing the documents as per QMS for Change Control/ Deviation / CAPA/APQR/Complaint etc.
- Logbook / Record Management – Issuance and maintenance with retrieval.
- Purchase requisition generation for the item to be procured for quality needs.
- Preparation of QMS documents i.e. SOPs, Site Master File, etc.
- Quality Parameter checks for Retain samples/ APQR samples and documentation.
- Issuance of control documents to cross-functional departments.
- Submission of Weekly reports and updates to supervisor.
- To support in any investigation or complaint handling.
Person Specific Additional Responsibilities :
- Maintain the risk register and follow – up on Risk management activity.
- GMP, GDP and other applicable/need-based training plans and execution. Record with TNI maintained.
