Job Title: Executive – API QA (Lab QA)

Location: Vadodara

Eligibility: MS/M.Sc(Science) – Chemistry, M.Pharma – Pharmacy

Responsibilities:

•  To review Analytical Documents for Release and verified the results in SAP.
• To review and approval of specifications, STP and Test Data Sheet (DCS activity).
• To review the quality trend with trend scale and inform OOT to the respective department to log OOT and investigate the laboratory error.
• To review QC Qualification Documents.
• Review of Incidents, laboratory incidents, OOS, OOT and temporary change controls related to docket review.
• Document Review in DCS.
• To review and investigation of Lab incidents, OOS & OOT.
•  Daily QC round and GLP checks.
• To monitor and ensure compliance to 21 CFR and Annexure 11 (EU) requirements in daily QC activities and maintain the relevant records.
• To review of all software supported systems in quality control.
• To review of Generation of documentation related to laboratory operation, i.e. monthly calibration schedule, annual preventive maintenance schedule and Instrument Operation and Calibration Procedures (IOCPs).
•  To ensure readiness of the laboratory for audit.
•  To carry out all analytical activities in the laboratory in compliance with cGMP/GLP/safety guidelines of any precautionary system (in case of hazardous chemicals).
• To review the audit trail of application software connected with Laboratory Instruments.
• To review the LIMS related activity.
• To Review Analytical method validation and method transfer related protocol,report and Analytical document.
