Job Description:
- Major part in optimization and development of analytical procedures for raw materials and finished products, according to regulatory requirements. Formulation-analytical work will require knowledge and expertise in managing liquid chromatography (HPLC, UPLC, and preparative chromatography), gas chromatography (volatile organics, leachable and extractible research ), wet chemistry methods (water investigation, pKa, partition coefficient), mass spectrometry (structural characterization by LCMS) etc.. )
- Performing Drug release experiments on Dissolution apparatus for solid dosage forms.
- Characterization of physicochemical properties of molecules and excipients. Expertise in the interpretation of information from thermal analytical methods (DSC, TGA, etc.), particle size characterization, X-ray crystallography (polymorphism and amorphous characterizations) etc.
- Participation in meetings with stakeholders locally and globally, for project-related updates, planning, and strategies.
- Experience in analysis of Biologics (Peptides/Proteins, Enzymes, Monoclonal Antibodies) would be added advantage.
