Job Overview
PI Industries is hiring for the position of Research Scientist in the Analytical PR&D department. This Research Scientist Job is designed for candidates with expertise in Organic Chemistry Job roles and analytical
method development. The role involves supporting R&D projects, performing raw material and finished product analysis, generating COA, and assisting in technology transfer to kilo lab and pilot plant operations. - To understand the analytical scope of the project assigned.
- Inputs in the planning of analytical support to R&D and Plant.
- Timely calibration of assigned instruments.
- Proper housekeeping and use of PPE’s.
- Use relevant MSDS for safe handling and disposal of toxic chemicals.
Operational Responsibilities
- Assist in analytical method development as per planning.
- Coordination with R&D for analytical support/development.
- Authenticity of the result generated.
- Troubleshooting.
- Data interpretation skills.
- Analytical Support to the kilo lab/pilot plant/manufacturing site during technology transfer.
- Data compilation and time-to-time update of KL/PP plant trials.
Financial Responsibilities: Contribute to budgetary controls within the area of responsibility.
People Responsibilities
- Utilization of all available sources for skill upgradation.
- Actively participate in problem-solving sessions/training programs.
- Coordination and communication with the team.
- To guide subordinates.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Master’s in Organic Chemistry from a reputed University / Institute
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience
