Job Position: Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst
Location: Karnataka, India
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Post Market Product – Fingertip Formulary Team. This role involves researching, analyzing, and entering formulary data, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
About You:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related fields
- Experience or knowledge in Market Access, Managed Care, or PBM workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
Responsibilities:
- Research, review, and enter formulary data for various drug classes and healthcare plans
- Collaborate with the team on plan changes and formulary updates
- Validate data accuracy and assist in training team members
- Conduct primary and secondary health plan research
About the Team:
Our team in India works closely together on market assessments within the US healthcare landscape. We analyze coverage information, medical policies, and restrictions across different healthcare plans.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, with a hybrid working mode.
