Job Summary:
This position shall be responsible for handling Raw Material stores-related activities like change control, deviation, investigation, and CAPA. To ensure compliance with QA regulatory requirements in manufacturing operations at the site. Accountable for the quality of products manufactured and released.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform Raw Material & Packing Material vendor qualification activities, including reviewing vendor qualification documents and updating the approved vendor list in SAP.
- Review and release Raw Material & Packing Material in SAP HANA.
- Evaluate the Q score for vendors.
- Review executed Preventive Maintenance documents and release them in SAP HANA.
- Review qualification and requalification documents and release them in SAP HANA.
- Handle maintenance activities (Preventive, Breakdown) in SAP HANA.
- Review executed calibration documents and release them in SAP HANA.
- Review the temperature mapping report.
- Perform activities as per user roles defined in the EDMS & EDAMS applications.
- Perform SAP-related activities as per user roles defined in the SAP HANA application.
- Perform activities as per user roles defined in the BRMS application.
- Perform activities as per user roles defined in the LMS application.
- Initiate/review change control and deviation in the TrackWise system.
- Initiate/review & approve CAPA and investigations in the TrackWise system.
- Review Risk Assessment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or relevant experience in a scientific field is required. A good knowledge of cGMPs in both domestic and international regulatory environments and regulatory requirements of major markets to ensure compliance with GxPs and regulatory standards.
