Job Title: Quality Associate-Chemistry

Role: Analysis of all forms of products, analytical works in lab & records management.
Required Qualification & Skill:
1. M.Sc. in Chemistry
2. Minimum 3 years experience in the related field.
3. Technical capability and understanding.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Must be a good team player.
Job Description:
1. Sampling and analysis of raw materials, in process goods and finished products.
2. Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs.
3. Assist in developing new test methods for Raw materials and finished products
4. Assist in Modification and validation of analytical procedures to meet QC’s needs
5. Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instruments like GC, HPLC etc.
6. Take initiation for any new test methods which need to be implemented at Gaiagen QC lab
7. Involve in procedure review and propose modifications and updates.
8. Keep all quality related workbooks and other quality system documents up-to date
9. Compilation
of data and reports for quality activities10. Follow-up all Production and QC record and maintain the same
11. Maintain lab chemical stock sheet and other Lab supplies
12. Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices and reagents
13. Preserve workplace safety and safe materials handling as appropriate
14. Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration and repair within his scope
15. Admirable communication skills to share knowledge and promote cross-functional teamwork.
