Job Title: Sr. Specialist – Supply Operations

Eligibility: BSC / MSC Chemistry Pharma background Supply Chain

Experience:

  •  Pharma Supply Chain
  • Coordination with CPO Logistics,
  • DSM logistics for ensuring smooth and timely import and export of product supplies
  • Strong working knowledge with SAP

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for liaison among various stakeholders within the company and work as part of the team from PLS – M&SO for management of product supplies for IITs and MAPs. Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the customer requirements
  • Prepare product demand forecast and supply plan and generate drug shipment orders in coordination with Country Medical Responsible (CMR), Chief Medical Office (CMO), Centre of Excellence – MAPs (CoE – MAPs), Pharma Supply Chain, Drug Supply Management (DSM) and various compound libraries within NVS
  • Develop and implement product supply strategy for IITs and MAPs in coordination with Pharma Supply Chain, DSM and various compound libraries. manage and ensure inclusion of essential documentation and archiving of interim working notes as agreed with customers
  • Inquiry management – Receipt of product information related requests, log and monitor requests in the system, follow the defined inquiry process, escalation procedure as appropriate
  • Product availability, shipment status correspondence and work-stream / function specific communication related to product supplies for maintaining high visibility within customer organizations
  • Coordination with CPO Logistics, DSM logistics for ensuring smooth and timely import and export of product supplies
  • Capability to comprehend requirements related to supply management, regulatory requirements, import-export, relabeling, QA release procedures for development product, as well as commercial products within various countries
  • Use of appropriate project planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project to communicate milestones and critical path activities and responsibilities,
  •  Identify and resolve operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations/solutions to local or global customers/work-streams; manage number of escalations to global office
  • Assist in establishing KPIs and take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements. Manage the Service Level Agreements with various customer stakeholder groups
