Key Responsibilities
- Process Monitoring: Monitor process and quality parameters for Aromatics & LAB technology plants.
- Deviation Analysis: Identify and analyze process deviations and perform root cause analyses.
- Improvement Initiatives:
- Propose corrective actions for process improvement and track their implementation.
- Identify opportunities for profit improvement and product quality enhancement.
- Process Design: Conduct process design calculations for improvement schemes and develop process design packages using appropriate tools.
- Plant Trials & Audits: Participate in commercial plant trials and plant performance audits.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Validate Management of Change (MoC) processes to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Participate in HAZOP studies for new projects and critical PHAs.
- Capital Projects: Support the preparation of Stage Gate-2 and 3 documents for capital projects.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering contractors to validate equipment data sheets.
- Networking: Contribute to deriving value from the technology network.
Educational Qualifications: Degree: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience with at least 2 years in plant operations or CTS (Central Technical Services)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Programming exposure and knowledge of chemical engineering & process technology.
- Proficiency in process design calculations and use of process simulation tools.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies for problem-solving.
- Effective communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to plan and discuss results while collaborating under senior guidance.
- Result-oriented with a focus on performance and value-driven outcomes.
