IIT Bhubaneswar JRF Vacancy Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following assignment on purely temporary contract basis in time bound research project undertaken in the School of Mechanical Sciences of this Institute.
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow – 1 Post
Name of the temporary research Project : “Design and Development of steering and Focusing Synthetic Jet Array”
Funding Agency: SERB
Emolument : ₹ 31,000/- per month
Qualification & Experiences: Qualified candidates should have a Master’s degree in Chemical/Ocean Engineering, with
relevant experience in performing CFD simulations or experiments related to Fluid Mechanics/Aerodynamics/Heat Transfer OR
Candidates with B.Tech/B.E degree in Mechanical/Aerospace
Engineering with good academic records. Candidate must be GATE
qualified. (Candidate appointed may be considered to enroll in
Ph.D programme subject to fulfilment of Institute rules and
regulations.)
Age Limit The age of the applicant should be less than 30 years as on last date
of submission of application and candidates belonging to
SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be given age relaxation as per Government
rules.
Duration of the project: 3 Years (21.02.2023 to 20.02.2026)
Duration Appointment: Initial appointment for the period of one year which may be
extended based on satisfactory performance and availability of
fund in the project.
