• A Ph.D. in (Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science or Analytical Science)
• Doctoral or Post Doctoral academic stint from a reputed institute
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Excellent presentation skills
• A good team player, highly motivated and passionate about science
• Good publication record demonstrating innovation
