Job Description
This role is among Jubilant Ingrevia jobs focused on providing literature support, patent filing, and maintenance of the portfolio, including the latest IP updates and Freedom to Operate activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature and prior art searches, including searching various databases for patent and non-patent literature.
- Draft and file patents, perform patent prior art searches, and conduct invalidation searches.
- Analyse Freedom to Operate and compile monthly updates of the IP gazette.
- Provide periodic updates on patent regulation changes in India, the US, and Europe.
- Perform ELN audits as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s in Chemistry, Pharma Chemistry, or Medicinal Chemistry with 3-5 years of experience in patent searching or synthesis.
- Patent agent certification is an essential requirement.
