Job Title: Staff QC (Plant Lab)
Location: Himachal Pradesh, India
Organization: Cement
Eligibility Criteria: B.Sc.(Chemistry as major), Diploma in Chemical Engineering preferred.
Job Description:
- Proper planning & accountable of Raw material handling within the Plant & avoiding/minimizing double handling.
- Monitors complete handling of materials – coal, gypsums, Laterite, L/s, Fly Ash & clinker.
- Generates daily Reports of running hours of H/Vehicle equipment and shifting of materials. Processing of bills of materials, transportation, etc.
- Responsible for taking Physical stocks of materials & preparation of MIS Reports.
- Takes monthly physical stock of materials and their reconciliation. Prepares reports thereof.
- To ensure Quality Controlling parameters. Supervises mixing of different types of raw materials as per Raw Mix Design and ensures quality.
- To ensure Safety adherence & Housekeeping of the RM areas. Takes safety rounds and imparts training to the concerned laborers during rounds.
Qualifications: Bachelor Of Science
Minimum Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Report to: Deputy General Manager
