Job Description :
- To carry out the AMS program.
- Attend the rounds with the consultants. And inform the RMOs about any changes in treatment chart.
- To ensure compliance of MMU (Medication Management Usage) chapter as per JCI requirement.
- To ensure compliance of MOM (Management of Medication) as per NABH requirement.
- To coordinate for PTC, AMS, Infection Control Committee, QIP meetings
- To synchronize the duties with other departmental staffs
