Job Description
JNCASR is inviting applications for the temporary JNCASR R&D Assistant position under the sponsored project “CETCTSPL/2025/02839” led by Principal Investigator Prof. Tapas K. Maji. The selected candidate will work within the Chemistry and Physics of Materials Unit, contributing to cutting-edge research in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the synthesis and characterisation of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs).
- Support research activities under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.
- Document research findings and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members on various research projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Chemical Science.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in synthesis and characterisation of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs).
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Salary: Remuneration of Rs. 25,000 plus 24% additional benefits.
