BITS Pilani Chemical Engineering Job Opening – Applications Invited

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post to
work on a research project funded by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), (A
statutory body of DST, Govt. of India) under the supervision of Dr. Srikanta Dinda, Department of Chemical engineering, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus. The details are given below:

Title of project: Development of endothermic Fuel for Supersonic Vehicle Applications

Duration of the project: 36 month

Job Title: JRF (one position)

Fellowship amount: @Rs.31000/- per month for 2 years and @Rs.35000/- per month for 3rd year plus HRA (as per Govt. rule)

Eligibility requirements:

• Applicant should hold M.E./M.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering, OR, B.E./B.Tech.
degree in Chemical Engineering with 2-year R&D experience after B.E / B.Tech.
• GATE qualified candidate will be preferable for the post
• Age limit: as per Govt. rule
• Applicant should have good skill on experimental work along with modeling and simulation
knowledge.

initial screening, only qualified and suitable candidates will be called for an interview to be held at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus/ via google meet. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D. program of BITS, Pilani, subject to fulfillment of the
requirements.
