Asian Paints Executive Job Description
The Asian Paints Executive Job involves the hands-on operation of various high-pressure chemical processing equipment. The role involves monitoring and controlling process parameters, ensuring safe and efficient operation, and maintaining accurate process logs and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on operation of high-pressure reactors, continuous distillation columns, catalytic reactors, scrubbers, and process gas compressors.
- Monitor and control process parameters as per SOP.
- Operate process equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle tanker loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain process logs and records.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and PTW compliance.
- Respond to emergencies as per HSE procedures.
- Optimize use of raw materials and utilities.
- Support commissioning and PSSR activities.
- Maintain 5S, SAP transactions, MAINTWIZ, environmental and quality records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering with 2-7 years of relevant experience.
