Job Title: Fresher M.Pharm (Pharmacology) for Medical Innovation Department

Eligibility: B.Pharma – Pharmacy/ M.Pharma – Pharmacy

Salary: INR 2,25,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.

Job Description:

  • The candidates knowledge and experience have to be evaluated regarding the following:
  • The basic concepts of pharmacology. He/she should be able to define and explain the applications of clinical pharmacological concepts which are relevant for the Pharmaceutical and CRO industry.
  • Previous hands on experience of clinical phase of drug development during their academic/professional career.
  • Broad understanding of the various clinical therapeutic areas, the common diseases, the treatment modalities, and the role of clinical pharmacology in these segments including biosimilars and NDDS approaches.
  • Medical research methodology. The various concepts underlying the designing of human clinical trials of all phases including safety reporting and modern day PV as applicable.
  • Effective search and review of published literature. Interpretation of data and analytical skills for drawing scientific conclusions on therapeutic value of the proposal/compounds.
  • Report preparation skills on new product development proposal in terms of identifying appropriate therapeutic status while undertaking SWOT analysis tool.
  • Building CT database, gleaning experts opinion and meeting KOL for strategic placement of novel treatment options.
  • Understanding of the various regulatory guidelines which govern the drug development in the pharmaceutical industry. Particular emphasis on the ICH-GCP guidelines, Ethics in CR and the Schedule Y.
  • Knowledge of dealing with regulatory dossier submission.
  • Clarity on basic statistical concepts utilized in designing clinical trials, calculating sample size, interpreting clinical trial results.
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of reviewing scientific research published in journals with different styles.
  • Excellent group discussion and topic presentation skills using .ppts.
  • Prior experience/knowledge of catering to the needs of Medico-Mktg activities as additional strength but not inevitable.
