External Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Work towards Influencers’ Skilling by ensuring Quality Training Delivery and preparing them for Professional Painting.
Business Responsibility Areas:
Training Quality Management & Capturing Market Practices:
- Ensure post-training interviews & site visits, and, based on feedback, work with BM – Training Content to improve training delivery. Ensuring CUSP (customer usage and practices) visits every month, along with U&A portal updating and questionnaire filling.
Training Delivery & Capability Building:
- Ensure that the Training Delivery is as per the guidelines shared by CA BM – Training Content. Regularly evaluate the capability of TA/helper painter and train them.
Participant Management & Tracking:
- Participants’ Profiling to enable training in a structured manner.
Support / Training to New Trainer / Technologist:
- Briefing of job profile/role, sharing of reading material such as product details, technical data sheet, PIS, Safety Manual, etc.
- Arrangement of application workshop with technology / mktg.
- Demonstration of training module, issues handling, query addressing, complaint handling, logistic arrangement, etc.
Market Understanding / Data Capturing:
- Capturing market practices regularly and sharing them with the HO team for further analysis.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry with a minimum of 50% marks in graduation or
- Diploma in Paint Tech (VJIT/Garware Institute) (Engg/MBAs not eligible)
- Desired knowledge of English and good communication skills.
Previous Experience:
- Relevant experience of 0-1 years preferred for this Chemistry Jobs.
