Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry
- 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, including WHO-GMP
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of relevant software for quality documentation and data analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is desirable
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process
- Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and testing records
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and the implementation of effective corrective actions
