Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and optimize new dissolution methods (biorelevant and discriminatory dissolution methods) mimicking the physiological system.
- Independently perform and document solubility experiments, dissolution method activities, and other characterization methods (DT, solubility, IDR, viscosity, etc.).
- Test various developmental formulations in biorelevant and discriminatory dissolution methods.
- Analyze samples using various analytical techniques like HPLC/UPLC and spectrophotometric methods. Address troubleshooting in chromatographic methods.
- Write protocols, reports, or lab procedures based on templates under expert supervision.
- Document risk assessment at the pre-evaluation stage under expert guidance.
- Have knowledge of PBPK/IVIVC models.
- Assist modeling experts in developing various in-silico tools like Gastroplus/Phoenix WinNonlin, etc.
- Work in close collaboration with multifunctional project teams.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in analytical development from the generic pharmaceutical industry.
- M Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics); M Sc (Analytical Chemistry); B Pharm.
- Attributes required for the job include the ability to work independently, work in a team, show initiative, and work with all levels of staff.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
