Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in quality control, quality assurance in toilet soap manufacturing
Critical Skills:
•Knowledge of ERP – SAP and MS Office
•Good analytical Knowledge
•Good communication skills
•Team player/people management
Reporting To – Assistant Manager
Role Summary
To support quality control for incoming material, in-process online check at various stages and final product quality control
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Job Specification
•Testing of Incoming material RM/ PM / OIL & FAT as per quality plan, Quality control – Checks/ Verification/ Standardization/ Calibration/ Validations/ related reporting and documentation.
•In process online QC checks sample retrieval & storage/ ISO (EMS & QMS) SOPs/ WI/ to comply GMP key elements monitoring & control/ QACI auditing & action planning critical process for Toilet Soap/ Soap Noodles (SSFA).
•Outgoing products QC – finished
goods/ SQC/ deviation analysis/ customer complaints action planning & tracking / SAP process/ related reporting and documentation.•Experience in toilet soap, soap noodles, oil & fat analysis
•Analysis on Instrumentation, GLC, Spectrophotometer, etc., handling is preferred
Key responsibility
• Should be well-versed latest concepts like TQM/ TPM/ QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS / SAP and its applications
• Should have good communication, analytical skills to handle day-to-day issues with respect to quality, productivity, manpower, and cost.
• Exposure of Safety management is a must
