Recruitment of Junior Research Fellow in Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi-221005
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) sponsored project entitled “Development of exosome-based drug delivery system for naturally inspired novel multifunctional Neuroprotective molecules and their biological evaluation in Alzheimer’s disease models (ID # 2021-10363)”.
Duration: Initially for one year, extendable up to two and half years depends on the performance. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Essential qualifications
First class in M.Pharm/M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Tech(Pharm)/M.Tech in Pharmaceutics or Formulation or Pharmacology or Medicinal or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmacognosy or MTech or MSc in biotechnology/polymer science/life sciences/nanotechnology or related field/s.
The last date for the sending the application is November 12, 2023.
Desirable qualifications
Candidates with expertise in formulations development/cell culture and animal handling will be preferred. GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET or equivalent examination qualification is preferred.
Salary: As per ICMR norms
Age limit: 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates). All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
