B.Tech/B.Sc (Chem) preferable. Must have at least 3 years experiences in Pharma/FMCG manufacturing at factory handling production or quality
Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: Maintain Quality. Co-ordinate all the manufacturing related activities at OCM
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining quality standards on the production line during the manufacture of ITC products by means of Online quality checks and Finished Product Quality Checks
- Punching quality data and executing quality clearances of raw materials, packaging materials and Finished Goods in SAP as per the analysis reports provided by the OCM
- Facilitating flow of information between multi-location teams and the OCM during any change in specifications and new product introductions
- Collating the manufacturing data for ITC’s products and preparing reports in the provided formats basis the same
- Facilitating quick execution of trials for ITC products at the OCM location
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Aptitude to understand various quality parameters critical to manufacturing
Should have hands on experience to handle quality and co-ordinate manufacturing related activities at OCM - Comfortable in working on excel sheets and aptitude to understand and execute SAP transactions
