Work component: To synthesize solids by different methods and identify their
structures. Usage of other characterization techniques to understand the properties for selected applications.

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (01 No)
Essential qualifications: M. Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent degree with a minimum of
55% aggregate score (5.5-grade points on a scale of 10). In addition, the candidate must
have qualified CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test JRF-NET, NET-LS/ Graduate
Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
Age limit: The upper age limit is 28 years at the time of appointment.
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- per month (plus HRA) for 1 and 2nd years, and Rs 35, 000/- per
month (plus HRA) for 3rd year.
Duration: Three years or up to the termination of the project (whichever comes earlier).
