Job Title: PRODUCTION OFFICER

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Pharma in Any Specialization
- MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Supervision & manufacturing of Liquid & Lyophilized Injection.
2. Supervision & maintenance of sterile filling area of Liquid Parenteral.
3. Independent handling of Liquid Injection section.
4. Manufacturing of liquid Parenteral & supervision of washing section including autoclave Tunnel.
5. Working in Batch preparation area, filling area, Washing section.
6. Controlling all parameters of Production, Dispensing the material with their specific strength and grade.
7. Take line clearance properly before initiating product formulation and machine speci- fied.
8. Handling daily production planning with handling appropriate utilizing manpower where they need and achieves daily output with planned.
9. Optimum utilization of Raw
materials, Packing materials & Manpower.Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Help managers complete daily tasks.
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
- Provide administrative support.
- Get familiar with personnel duties.
- Participate in company’s strategic planning

- Can you describe your experience with manufacturing liquid and lyophilized injections?
Answer: Yes, I have experience in supervising the manufacturing process for both types of injections. I understand the requirements for maintaining sterile conditions and ensuring proper dispensing of materials with specific strength and grade.
2. How do you ensure that the filling area for liquid parenteral is maintained in a sterile manner?
Answer: We follow strict protocols for maintaining a clean environment, including proper cleaning and disinfection of the area before and after use. We also use proper personal protective equipment and maintain proper ventilation to ensure that the area remains sterile.
3. What experience do you have with handling daily production planning and achieving daily output goals?
Answer: I have experience in handling daily production planning and optimizing manpower usage to achieve daily output goals. I am able to adjust production schedules as needed to ensure that we meet our goals.
4. How do you ensure that raw materials, packing materials, and manpower are utilized efficiently and optimally?
Answer: We closely monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules as needed to ensure that we are using materials and manpower efficiently. We also regularly review production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. What experience do you have with participating in strategic planning for a company?
Answer: While I do not have direct experience with participating in strategic planning, I am familiar with the goals and priorities of the company and am willing to provide support where needed to help achieve those goals.
