Experience
- Minimum 4- 8 Years Experience
- Communication – English Must – preferred few local languages – Region-specific
- Experience in handling the OEM customers and Paint shops
- Exposure to handling the Commercial Vehicle and Automotive plastic coatings
Job Purpose
Provide technical support and services to the customers –
- Troubleshooting in the paint application lines
- Product trials
- Product implementation
- Interpretation of the line issues and communicating to R&D, Quality control, and Production
- Complaint handling and resolving the issues at the customer end
- Reports
- Benchmarking of the competition products
- Analysis of product complaints
- System recommendation
Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshooting in the paint application lines – Solution to the customer
- Product trials – Reports to the R&D
- Product implementation – No lapses in the product implemented
- Interpretation of the line issues and communicating to R&D, quality control, and Production – Through knowledge of the paint basics
- Complaint handling and resolving the issues at the customer end – Resolution of the complaints
- Reports – Trials, Paint shop audit, Process audit, and Monthly reports
- Benchmarking of the competition products – Future product development recommendation for the R&D
- Exploring new customers in the region and conducting the trails at the customer facility
- Product and system demo and establishing the products at the customer application line
