Job Title: Officer / Sr. Officer / RA / SRA – Analytical Development
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Eligibility: B Pharma/ M Pharma
- Complete analysis of raw material, finished products & stability samples.
- Analytical Method development -Dissolution, Assay and Related substances
- Analytical Method validation – Dissolution, Assay and Related substances
- Preparation of method validation protocol & reports
- Daily calibration of pH meter, Balance, Thermo hygrometer and Dissolution
- Complete calibration of Dissolution, Balance, pH, Karl Fischer, Micro pipette, U.V. Cabinate, Moisture balance, Hamilton dilutor etc.
- Complete calibration of HPLC, Particle size analyzer, dissolution, balances, spectrophotometer
- OASIS worksheet preparation, updation.
Result recording in OASIS
- COA generation for finished product and Raw Material samples.
- Particle size distribution analysis
- Preparation of SOP’s / STPs.
- Outside party working standard and impurity standard receiving and maintenance.
- Stability data updation instability sheet.
- Maintaining documents related to all analytical instruments.
- Operation & Calibration of the various instrument (Dissolution, Balances, pH meter, HPLC, Spectrophotometer, etc.)
