Job Title: RA-II / RA-III – ARD
Location: Mohali
Eligbility Criteria:
M.Pharma in Any Specialization,MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry
Experience: 2 to 7 year(s) of experience
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Candidate must have good exposure of different analytical techniques.
2) Responsible for the Validation of Analytical Methods.
3) He should have 2-7 years of API ARD experience, preferably with Method Validation expertise for routine support for chemical reactions.
4) To ensure all time functioning of all Analytical instruments and to get maximum output.
5) To ensure timely calibration of all Analytical instruments as per respective SOPs.
6) To ensure preparation, review and approval of SOPs, Protocols and Reports.
7) HPLC columns and GC Columns maintains and re-generations.
8) Final Products and other analytical support for synthetic lab.
9) Trains the Helpers in GLPs, housekeeping and safety matters.
10) Day to day Document review for all analytical
daily calibrations.11) Assist Manager in the preparation of various SOPs and STPs for the departmental activities. Coordinate with QA regarding CCF and investigation reports.
12) Day to day Document review for all analytical daily calibrations.

- What analytical techniques are you familiar with?
Answer: I am familiar with a range of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, IR, UV, NMR, and MS.
2. How do you ensure the timely calibration of analytical instruments as per respective SOPs?
Answer: I ensure the timely calibration of analytical instruments by regularly scheduling calibration activities, maintaining a record of calibration results, and immediately addressing any deviations found during calibration.
3. What is your experience in method validation for routine support for chemical reactions?
Answer: I have 5 years of experience in method validation for routine support for chemical reactions. I have experience in developing and validating methods for different compounds and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
4. How do you maintain HPLC and GC columns?
Answer: I maintain HPLC and GC columns by regularly cleaning and maintaining them as per manufacturer’s instructions. I also check the pressure, flow rate, and other parameters regularly and replace the columns as needed.
5. Have you ever trained others in GLPs, housekeeping, and safety matters? If yes, could you give an example of a successful training session you conducted?
Answer: Yes, I have trained new employees in GLPs, housekeeping, and safety matters. In my previous job, I conducted a training session for new recruits, where I explained the importance of following safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. I also demonstrated how to use safety equipment and encouraged them to ask questions and clarify their doubts. The training was successful, and the new employees were able to quickly integrate into the team.
