Govt ICFRE-Institute of Forest Biodiversity Chemistry JRF Recruitment
Walk-in-interviews will be held in Institute of Forest Biodiversity (IFB), Dulapally,
Kompally (S.O.), Hyderabad-500 100 from 17th February 2020 & 18th February 2020 at 10.00 AM onwards. For the positions of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs), Junior Project Fellows (JPFs), in the research projects purely on a temporary basis and co-terminus with the project period or till completion of eligible period as per ICFRE norms. Interested and eligible candidates are requested to attend the walk-interview for the following positions:
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Project Title: Preparation of Forest Soil Health Cards under different Forest Vegetations in all the Forest Divisions of India(AICRP-ICFRE) PI-Dr.G.R.S.Reddy, Sc-G Co-Pi- Smt R.Asha Kumari, ACTO
Eligibility: First Class in M.Sc. Chemistry
Duration: 3 Years
Salary: Rs.16000/- per month+ HRA as admissible

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow

Project Title: Sustainable management of NTFPs through conservation
and value addition(AICRPICFRE)
Eligibility: Essential: First Class M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Chemistry of natural product/Medicinal Plant/ Chemistry OR Essential: First Class Masters
in Pharmacy(M.Pharmacy)
Desirable: (i) Experience in extraction/isolation of Medicinal/Natural Product
(ii) knowledge of Statistics is preferable
Duration: 5 Years
Salary: Rs.16000/- per month+ HRA as admissible
Terms and Conditions
1. The Candidates should submit separate application form for each Project and have strictly follow the form annexed-1 (Typed/filled) duly signed along with the Educational Qualification Certificates(Xerox Copies) to be submitted on the date of Interview.
2. Only Indian Nationals are eligible
3. Age Limit as 17.02.2020 JRF/Junior Project Fellow- 28 Years
4. Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST/Women/Physically Handicapped and 3 Years for OBC Candidates
5. The Position is temporary and Co-terminus with the project
6. Recruitment for the above temporary positions is governed by rules of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education and does not guarantee subsequent employment in any
Institute under the council
7. The interested Candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates, mark sheets with a self-attested copy of each of it, as per the date and time given below. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk in interview
8. Offer of Engagement to the selected candidates will be issued subject to availability of funds and approval of the Competent Authority. Tenure mentioned in the advertisement is tentative and liable to be curtailed/ extended as per decision of the Competent Authority.
9. If it is found at any stage of the process of thereafter that the candidate doesn’t fulfil the eligibility criteria, their candidature shall be cancelled without assigning and reason whatsoever. Further, the decision of Director, IFB with regard to the selection process will be treated as find and binding to all concerned. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the Institute
10. The selection process may continue till late evening/ next day. Candidates are advised to come prepared accordingly
