IIT Goa Chemistry Job Opening – Project Assistant
Applications are invited for a Project Assistant (PA) position in the Sponsored
Project entitled “Cationic 4(Pi)-Electrocyclization Cascade for the Expedient Synthesis
of Biologically Relevant Pyrrolidine Derivatives with Multiple Stereogenic Centers”. Check out all the details on the same below:

Sponsor: The project is under SERB-DST ‘Start-up Research Grant (SRG)’
No.of posts: 01
Duration of appointment Initially for one year, renewable up to 2 years subject to
satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
Eligibility
Desired qualification:
1. The candidates should possess an M.Sc degree or equivalent in Chemistry from a reputed institute/university with minimum 55% marks or
equivalent on GPA scale.
2. The upper age limit for this position is 27 years as on the last date of filling the application form.
3. The candidate with relevant experience in handling regular laboratory experiments pertaining to organic chemistry as well as functional knowledge of relevant
instruments will be preferred.
Salary Rs. 20000/- (Consolidated)

qualification (starting from High School or equivalent) along with self-attested copies of all mark-sheets & certificates and details of any research or other experience etc., if any.
General Information

and no other communications in this regard will be entertained. - The authority reserves the right of accepting/rejecting any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof. Only selected candidate will be communicated to join as PA and no other communication in this regard will
be entertained. - The start date of the project is preferably the next day of the Interview.
