Job Title: Assistant Director

No. of posts: 5 (combined for all 3 posts)

 Nature of post: Regular

Nature of engagement: On contract for 2 years (regularization shall be subject to performance evaluation)

Age: 55 years or less on the closing date of advertisement (Age of superannuation 60 years)

Essential qualification: Graduate Degree:  Pharmacy or Biomedical Engineering from a recognized institute/University

 Desirable qualification:

Master degree: MD or MS or MDS or Masters in Bio-Medical Engineering or M.Pharm.from a
recognized institute/University or Masters in Clinical Sciences with 2-year full-time PG Diploma in Hospital Administration/Health care from a recognized institute/University
Or Ph.D.: in a related area of health care from a recognized institute/University

Skills:

  • Knowledge and skills of quality issues in Healthcare and Quality Management
    System including ISO/NABH
  • Data based analysis, research in healthcare.
  • Survey, market research implementation of priority program in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in use of standard computer-based applications
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Report writing abilities.
  • Ability to prepare policy papers on accreditation as inputs to government
    regulators
  • Team development

Experience: Minimum of 5 years after acquiring essential qualification in healthcare sector/quality management system/ accreditation / survey/analysis/ priority programme

Pay Scale: Rs.10.3 lakhs

Position 2

Job Title:  Accreditation Officer

Essential experience:

Minimum of 3 years in an organization after obtaining essential qualification.

Competencies required:

  • Knowledge and skills of quality issues in Healthcare and Quality Management System
    including NABH standards
  • Good communication & writing skills
  • Proposal and Report writing abilities
  • Proficiency in use of standard computer-based applications including MS Excel
  • Any other specific experience related to the area of work

 Starting CTC (per annum): Rs.9.6 lakhs
