Job Description:
1. Process Development and Validation and Technology Transfer of products
2. Design, Preparation and Review of documents related to manufacturing BMRs for Exhibit, commercial Manufacture of products, qualification / validation stability protocols and Master formula card (MFC).
3. Scale up of the product manufacturing process, which involves Process Development and Process Optimization.
4. Monitoring and execution of Scale up, Trial, Placebo, Exhibit and Commercial Process validation batches on the shop floor. Execution of New products under QbD guidance.
5. Design and Preparation of Validation / Qualification Protocols and Reports for Scale up, Exhibit and Commercial validation batches.
6. Issuance of Raw and Packing material for experimental and placebo batches.
