Location : Hyderabad/Secunderabad

Purpose : To execute the batches in the CTO plant; Preventive Maintenance records and Receiver’s sanitization; communicate breakdowns to the breakdown team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check the raw material for conditions, batch number and quantities, execute the batch as per BPR ( temperature maintenance, vacuum maintenance, critical operations and cleaning of equipments);
  • Check & ensure internal housekeeping; raise the incidents to QA;
  • Fill the CCF (Change Control Form) and create planned deviation report, submit to QA post approval from supervis to production specification and yield requirements
  • Follow safety principles, reduce COD by cleaning the equipments (using water instead of solvents),
  • Install earth rods to remove static electricity from material,
  • Monitor adherence of behavioral safety by workmen (PPE) to reduce the accidents in the plant
  • Plan the equipment for idle condition to prepare for preventive maintenance,
  • Issue work order to maintenance to carry on with maintenance,
  • Follow up with maintenance on problem rectification,
  • Provide maintenance with received for sanitization post check up for Micro-biological content,
  • Check calibrations to meet the production schedules and reduce breakdowns
  • Participate as a team member during external audits and plan visits,
  • Facilitate the audit as a production team member to ensure that production area is always audit ready
  • Communicate any equipment breakdown to the maintenance team without time delay,
  • Get maintenance date and shutdown dates from maintenance team and plan the batches accordingly meet the production schedules

Technical Requirements: System knowledge, SAP, SHE Guidelines, cGMP guidelines, Process & equipment knowledge, Documentation

Educational and Experience: Science Graduate (with Chemistry as a subject) / diploma (Chemical Engineering) with 2-3 years of industry experience
