A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 16.05.2016 at 11-00 A.M at this Institute to engage bonafide Indian citizen for the following position for working in a project entitled “Development of cost effective refractory lining materials for induction melting furnace suitable for production of quality steel” sponsored by Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India, tenable at CGCRI, Kolkata.
Stipend & Tenure: Rs. 16,000/- + HRA as admissible per month.
Tenure: Initially 1 (one) year Likely to be extended for another 1 year, depending upon the progress of the Project and satisfactory performance of the candidate Or Co-terminus with the duration of the project whichever is earlier.
Qualification & Age (as on 01.03.2016):
M.Sc. in Chemistry (Inorganic) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA Or B.E/B.Tech. in Ceramics Engg with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/DGPA Age: 28 Years The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Handicapped.
Interested candidates are requested to attend the above Walk-in-Interview along with Application Form & Bio-Data in the prescribed format as given hereinunder, duly TYPED (not hand-written) in all the columns enclosing self attested copies of each supporting documents/certificates. The original certificates shouldalso be brought with him/her at the time of interview for verification. The candidates should carry copies of their project thesis with them, if any. The candidates should report at least one hour before the scheduled time of interview for verification of documents. Incomplete applications without prescribed format and supporting documents will be summarily rejected. Candidates who are presently engaged in any Project either in CGCRI or any other Organization/Labs/Instts., should produce the NOC from his/her existing Project Leader, failing which, they will not be allowed to appear before the interview. Candidates, who are waiting for final result, will not be eligible. CSIR-CGCRI reserves the right not to fill up the position, if it so desires or may increase/decrease the number of position, as the case may be. The decision of the Institute shall be final in this behalf. Interim enquiries in this respect will not be entertained.
