Job Summary
Responsible for operating and supporting Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) processes during granulation and drying. The role involves
assisting in production activities, ensuring adherence to GMP/cGMP guidelines, maintaining proper documentation, and working collaboratively with the production team to achieve quality and output targets.Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist in handling FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer) equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support loading and unloading of materials for drying processes.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, airflow, and drying time under supervision.
- Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) documentation.
- Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities as per SOP.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment and process issues.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams during production.
- Follow cGMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines strictly.
- Report deviations, incidents, or abnormalities to seniors.
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
- Work towards achieving daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Requirements & Skills- QA Job
- Basic to strong knowledge of FBD operation (depending on experience level).
- Understanding of GMP / cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical processes.
- Knowledge of granulation and drying processes (preferred).
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and BMR.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production environments.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Problem-solving attitude for handling basic operational issues.
- Willingness to work in shift operations.
Qualification
B.Sc (Chemistry) or Intermediate with a Chemistry background. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing is an advantage.
Salary
Freshers: ₹18,000/- in hand + additional benefits (PF, ESI, shift allowance, etc.)
Experienced Candidates (1–10 Years): Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
