Role Description:
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will be a core member of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) – a centralized project delivery group with over 3,000 talented individuals across India, Romania, and the Philippines. GEC provides Capability, Capacity, and a Competitive Advantage across diverse projects and services, collaborating with global businesses. Within Advanced Process Manufacturing, cross-functional teams contribute to innovative process-engineering solutions across the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Process industries. You will help manage projects, assess client needs, and provide technical guidance using computational design methods.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze process data (e.g., temperatures, pressures, flow rates) to support design and Mass & Energy balance calculations.
- Prepare and update process documentation, including SOPs, specifications, and regulatory-compliant diagrams.
- Provide process input to instrumentation teams, contribute to project schedules, and support milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in project reviews, and ensure adherence to industry standards, cGMP, SHE, and sustainability guidelines.
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed budgets and timelines while supporting continuous improvement in process design and project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles (e.g., thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat/mass transfer, reaction kinetics, and unit operations).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel and statistical methods.
- Good ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity
Requirements
- Professional certification in process engineering or related areas.
- Knowledge of process automation and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of process simulation software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO standards, WHO, and GMP.
