The Macleods Centre of Excellence (CoE), Sarigam, offers structured, hands-on training for fresh graduates starting their careers in the pharma industry. Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month paid internship, followed by absorption into permanent Trainee positions based on performance.

Job Summary:
As a Production Trainee, you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations in API or Formulation units. The role involves assisting in production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in API or formulation manufacturing operations
• Operate machinery and monitor process parameters
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols
• Perform in-process checks and maintain batch records
• Support senior operators and the shift in charge
Qualifications:
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
• B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)
• Diploma (Chemical/Polytechnic)
Eligibility Criteria
• Pass-outs: 2024 or 2025 only
• Age Limit: Below 29 years
• Experience: Fresher only
• Must be ready for immediate joining
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities (General)
• Support daily operations in assigned departments
• Maintain proper GMP/GLP documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
• Assist senior staff and participate in on-the-job training
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory norms
