  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Automotive/Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follows established procedures and guidelines to perform routine procedures to test the quality of the organisation’s materials, products, and processes.
  • Contributes to the planning and definition of quality standards, recommending modifications to products or processes.
  • Authority to stop the PC / Wash coat processing if the process parameters are not within specifications.
  • Line Setup and changeover process approval within the shift.
  • Incoming, In process, and Finished good material release within the shift in SAP.
  • Creating an inspection setup in SAP for a new material.
  • Creating a visual specification document and distributing it within the line.
  • Shift level audits and process verification.
  • Coordination for product testing during the shift.
  • Run folder completion and Testing report preparation within the shift.
  • Analysis of rejection / Special incident that caused or has the potential to cause the quality issue.
  • Handling of inspection instruments like X-Ray, Stamp Camera, and Catpro within the shift.
  • Reaction towards any deviation in the process/product and its communication.
  • Resolving the quality-related issues generated in the shift.

  • Good interpersonal skills, an Analytical approach to problem-solving, adaptability to change, willingness to work in a team, a proactive approach to Quality, and cooperation with other processes.

Essential:

  • Knowledge of Quality improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge in SAP (Quality module).
  • Knowledge in handling system audits.
