- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Automotive/Manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to perform routine procedures to test the quality of the organisation’s materials, products, and processes.
- Contributes to the planning and definition of quality standards, recommending modifications to products or processes.
- Authority to stop the PC / Wash coat processing if the process parameters are not within specifications.
- Line Setup and changeover process approval within the shift.
- Incoming, In process, and Finished good material release within the shift in SAP.
- Creating an inspection setup in SAP for a new material.
- Creating a visual specification document and distributing it within the line.
- Shift level audits and process verification.
- Coordination for product testing during the shift.
- Run folder completion and Testing report preparation within the shift.
- Analysis of rejection / Special incident that caused or has the potential to cause the quality issue.
- Handling of inspection instruments like X-Ray, Stamp Camera, and Catpro within the shift.
- Reaction towards any deviation in the process/product and its communication.
- Resolving the quality-related issues generated in the shift.

Essential:
- Knowledge of Quality improvement tools.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
Desirable:
- Knowledge in SAP (Quality module).
- Knowledge in handling system audits.
