Job Overview:
The Production Process Technician will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, handling machinery, maintaining process records, supporting assembly line activities, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role also involves process troubleshooting, machine handling, operational support, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency and maintain sustainable factory operations within the lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of process changes, standard operating procedures, and best practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and support to Operations teams, ensuring the effective implementation and sustainability of new processes.
- Knowledge on Production and Manufacturing Process.
- Understanding of Assembly line operation.
