About the Role:
Join Johnson Matthey, a global leader in sustainable technology with over 200 years of history. As a Principal Technical Services Engineer in APAC, help accelerate the transition to net-zero while supporting oil refineries with FCC additives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent technical services, delivering long-term value for customers.
- Deploy tailored technical services for individual clients.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain ethical, safe, and effective partnerships with customers.
- Advise on project and investment plans to improve production assets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Expertise in refinery operations, especially Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC).
- Thorough knowledge of FCC catalysts and additive technology.
- Proven technical service experience in oil refinery operations.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
