As a Lubrizol QA Officer, the individual will be pivotal in maintaining product quality and integrity. Responsibilities include supporting analytical testing, managing nonconformance reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Quality Assurance laboratory testing activities.
• Support calibration of analytical instruments and standardization of volumetric solutions.
• Prepare and support local and global product qualification reporting.
• Contribute to Integrated Management System initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, product quality, safety, and cost optimization.
• Monitor analytical testing precision and performance.
• Manage nonconformance reporting through internal systems.
• Support maintenance and readiness of analytical instruments.
• Assist in customer complaint investigations through analytical testing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Post Graduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in testing lubricants, additives, chemicals, or related products, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical testing instruments, wet analysis, and laboratory blending or synthesis.
• Hands-on experience with ICP, FTIR, viscometers, and auto titrators.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Quality Management (QM) module.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
